- Technical logs generated by our service providers (e.g. IP address, request identifiers)
How We Use Your Data
- To send the Cloudyo waitlist welcome email and future product updates
- To keep a record that you provided consent
- To safeguard our services against abuse and troubleshoot issues
Legal Basis
We rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) to send you marketing communications. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@cloudyo.com. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
Where Your Data Is Stored
We store waitlist submissions in Supabase (Supabase, Inc., USA). Transactional emails are delivered through Resend (Resend, Inc., USA). Both providers act as data processors on our behalf. Data may be transferred to the United States; where required, Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards are in place.
Retention
We retain your email address for as long as you remain on the waitlist. If you withdraw consent, we will remove you from our mailing list and retain only the information we need to demonstrate that we respected your choice.
Your Rights
Subject to local law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, please email info@cloudyo.com.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16. If we learn that we collected data from a person under the minimum age required by law, we will delete it.

We may update this notice from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the effective date above. We encourage you to review this notice regularly.
